- 1 Bunch Brussel Sprout leaves
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Get Recipe Ingredients
Cut the tops of the leaves off of the bright green brussel sprout stem.
Fill a large bowl with cold running water and let leaves soak for a minute or two.
Continue to thoroughly wash the outer leaves and give them a good rinse in cold water to remove any sand or dirt.
Follow with a salad spinner or pat dry with a paper towel.
