- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
- 1 cup Whippiing Cream
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cups Mixed Berries
Get Recipe Ingredients
Whip Egg Whites with Cream of Tartar until Foamy
Gradually Add Sugar and whip until soft peaks, about 8 minutes
Fold in cornstarch and white vinegar
Trace 3 inch circles onto a piece of parchment paper
Spread meringue to fit into circles
Bake at 275 for 90 minutes, then cool
Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in 1 tablespoon of sugar
Top Pavlova with whipped cream and fresh berries
