- 3/4 cup Dried Figs snipped
- 3/4 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Basil
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1/2 cup Toasted Walnuts chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Tyme Sprigs optional
- Toasted baguette slices or crackers
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a small bowl pour boiling water over figs (cover and let stand 15 min, drain well) then thinly slice
In medium bowl stir together goat cheese, sour cream, milk, basil and thyme
Season to taste with salt and peper
Stir in drained figs and half the walnuts
Cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
To serve, transfer to serving bowl or platter with a rim and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
Sprinkle with rest of walnuts
Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
