Preheat your oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour mix: 2 cups of almond flour, 1/4 cup of flaxseeds, 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/2 to 1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt, and two to three tablespoons of fresh rosemary or thyme.
Add in 2 beaten eggs and 2 tbsp olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
Roll dough into a ball.
Place the dough between the sheet of parchment paper on the baking dish and a second sheet of parchment paper on top, then roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
If desired, sprinkle pumpkin seeds and chia seeds on top of the dough and gently press them in with the rolling pin.
