Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Are you ready for the 4th of July? Today I'm sharing this easy 4th of July no bake cheesecake stuffed strawberry recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Large Strawberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Cookies Graham Crackers Crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry.
  • Remove the top and clean it out with a paring knife.
  • Cut off the tip of the bottom so that they will stand up. Set Aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag.
  • Fill strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
  • Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
